Are your speakers made to order?
Yes! Our loudspeakers are handcrafted to order. Once a $2,000 deposit is received, we begin the manufacturing process, which typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on timber selection, leather choices, component availability, and finishing details. Our online payment system allows you to pay the deposit automatically. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and provide an ETA once your order is near completion.
Shipping
How do you ship your products?
We primarily use Australia Post for shipping. However, we understand that larger items can be costly to ship, so we also offer the option for customers to arrange their own shipping. Do you offer shipping insurance?
No, we do not offer shipping insurance. If you would like insurance for your order, it must be arranged through Australia Post or your chosen courier service.

Since our speakers are made to order, they will be shipped as soon as they are ready. We will keep you updated throughout the process, and you will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched, along with an ETA for delivery.

Warranty & Returns Policy
Do your speakers come with a warranty?
Yes! All our speakers are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
What is your return policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of our speakers, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

- The ACL provides statutory guarantees that apply alongside our warranties, ensuring goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match descriptions. Remedies under ACL are available where these guarantees are not met.
